　　包頭市璽駿稀土有限責(zé)任公司，前身為包頭市稀土應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究所，始建于1979年，是內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)專門從事高純稀土金屬及合金和其他稀土功能材料技術(shù)開發(fā)、應(yīng)用研究與試驗(yàn)生產(chǎn)的科研單位。1998年，該研究所整體轉(zhuǎn)制為包頭市璽駿稀土有限責(zé)任公司，現(xiàn)企業(yè)注冊(cè)資本金7310萬元，具有獨(dú)立的法人資格?！?/span>

　　公司通過采用國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的全封閉式布袋除塵及尾氣吸氟技術(shù)，解決了電解行業(yè)粉塵大，熱量高、尾氣凈化不徹底的局面。與此同時(shí)，企業(yè)于2012年度先后通過了國家環(huán)保部開展的稀土企業(yè)環(huán)保核查，工信部開展的稀土行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入條件的審查，也成功通過了GB/T 19001質(zhì)量管理體系、GB/T 24001環(huán)境管理體系和GB/T 28001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證?！?/span>

　　公司建有年產(chǎn)10000噸高純稀土金屬及合金電解生產(chǎn)線和1500噸氧化物的稀土廢料高效清潔綜合回收利用生產(chǎn)線，擁有大型多陰極電解爐、高頻開關(guān)電源、虹吸機(jī)械鑄錠裝置、遠(yuǎn)紅外溫控儀，多組分串級(jí)萃取分離槽、雷蒙磨等先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，配套了ICP等離子發(fā)射光譜儀，原子吸收儀、碳硫分析儀等現(xiàn)代化的分析檢測設(shè)備和布袋除塵器、尾氣吸氟裝置、酸霧吸收塔等環(huán)保設(shè)備，整個(gè)工藝過程環(huán)保節(jié)能高效。可同時(shí)滿足金屬釹、金屬鐠、金屬鑭、金屬鋱、金屬鏑、鑭鈰合金、鐠釹合金、鐠釹鏑合金，電池級(jí)混合稀土金屬、鏑鐵合金、釓鐵合金、氧化鐠釹、氧化釹、氧化鏑、氧化鋱等多種產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及工藝技術(shù)水平在同行業(yè)中處于中上水平，具有較強(qiáng)的競爭優(yōu)勢。

　　Baotou Xijun Rare Earth Co., Ltd., formerly Baotou Rare Earth Applied Technology Research Institute, was founded in 1979. It is a research institute specializing in the development, application and experimental production of high purity rare earth metals and alloys and other rare earth functional materials in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In 1998, the Institute was transformed into Baotou Xijun Rare Earth Co., Ltd. with registered capital of 73.1 million yuan and independent legal personality.

　　After more than 20 years of development and continuous innovation, the enterprise now has three patents for invention of core technology, four patents for utility models and more than 20 scientific and technological achievements independently developed. It has passed the appraisal and acceptance of 14 scientific and technological achievements organized by the state, autonomous region and Baotou City, and 10 achievements have won the second and third prizes for scientific and technological progress of autonomous region and Baotou City. Five products were awarded the National Key New Products and one product was awarded the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Famous Brand Products. 　The company has solved the problems of large dust, high heat and incomplete purification of tail gas in electrolysis industry by adopting domestic advanced fully enclosed bag dust removal and tail gas fluoride absorption technology. At the same time, in 2012, the enterprise passed the environmental protection verification of rare earth enterprises carried out by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the examination of access conditions of rare earth industry carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It also successfully passed the GB/T 19001 quality management system, GB/T 24001 environmental management system and GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management system certification.

　　The company has built an annual production line of 10,000 tons of high purity rare earth metals and alloys electrolysis and a production line of 1,500 tons of oxides for efficient and clean comprehensive recovery and utilization of rare earth waste. It has large multi-cathode electrolysis furnace, high frequency switching power supply, siphon mechanical ingot casting device, far infrared temperature controller, multi-component cascade extraction separation tank, Raymond mill and other advanced equipment. The production equipment is equipped with ICP plasma emission spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrometer, carbon and sulfur analyzer and other modern analysis and detection equipment, bag dust collector, fluorine absorption device of tail gas, acid mist absorption tower and other environmental protection equipment. The whole process is environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient. It can also satisfy the production of neodymium, praseodymium, lanthanum, terbium, dysprosium, lanthanum-cerium, Praseodymium-Neodymium alloys, neodymium-dysprosium alloys, battery-grade mixed rare earth metals, dysprosium-iron alloys, gadolinium-iron alloys, praseodymium oxide, neodymium oxide, terbium oxide and other products.
